Our Manufacturing Process
Five steps. No shortcuts.
1. Brief & Planning
You tell us your product, quantity, fabric, and design. We confirm timeline and pricing before anything starts.
2. Sample Production
We make a sample first. You review the fit, fabric, stitching, and finishing. Bulk only starts after your approval.
3. Production
Your order goes into our in-house facility in Chamati, Kathmandu. Cutting, stitching, and finishing under one roof.
4. Quality Check
Every piece is checked before packing. Stitching, sizing, fabric, and finishing — all reviewed against your approved sample.
5. Packing & Delivery
Packed clean and delivered on the timeline we agreed on before production started.
