Whether you need 30 uniforms for a business team or 800+ for an entire college batch, we deliver consistent sizing, durable stitching, accurate color matching, and clean logo embroidery or printing.
SECTOR EXPERIENCE
HIGH-DURABILITY UNIFORM PROTOCOLS TESTED ACROSS INSTITUTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS.
Start With the Quantity You Need
finding a manufacturer willing to accept smaller orders without sacrificing quality. Jugal
Garment accepts small-batch orders starting from 20–30+ pieces per garment type,
depending on specifications.
SMALL BATCH
MEDIUM ORDER
100–500+ pieces
LARGE PRODUCTION
800+ pieces
Why Low MOQ Matters:
- Test a new clothing brand design before committing capital
- Order uniforms for smaller teams and specialized staff
- Scale production as your sales grow
- Produce limited-edition drops without unsold inventory
- Test Jugal Garment’s quality before placing larger volume orders
Have a Design, Sample, or Reference?
We work with whatever reference materials you have.
ACCEPTABLE REFERENCE FORMATS
- An existing garment you want replicated (fabric, fit, construction)
- A garment you want modified (different fit, pockets, collar, fabric)
- Photos or sketches of the design you want produced
- A tech pack or measurement sheet with detailed specs
- A reference from an international brand you want to match in quality and fit
- An existing uniform that needs to be reproduced exactly
- A fabric swatch or material sample you want to match

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
From Requirement to Finished Garment
STAGE 01
Requirement & Quotation
Share your garment type, quantity, design/reference, fabric preferences, and branding requirements. We provide a clear quotation covering production costs, timelines, and sample options.
STAGE 02
Sampling & Approval
For custom and private label orders, a pre-production sample is created and shared for approval. Any adjustments to fit, fabric, stitching, or branding are made at this stage.
STAGE 03
Production
Once approved, fabric is cut, garments are stitched, branding (printing/embroidery) is applied, and labels and tags are attached according to the approved specifications.
STAGE 04
Finishing, QC & Dispatch
Every garment is trimmed, pressed, quality-checked against the approved sample, packed, and prepared for pickup or delivery to your location in Kathmandu or across Nepal.
QUALITY-FOCUSED GARMENT PRODUCTION
Built Around the Approved Requirement
Our quality approach includes:
-
- Accurate pattern cutting to ensure consistent sizing across the entire batch
- Reinforced seams on stress points (armholes, crotch, pockets)
- Correct placement of labels, tags, and branding elements
- Proper stitching techniques appropriate to the fabric type and garment use
- Clean print and embroidery application without bleeding, misregistration, or loose threads
- Final piece-by-piece inspection before packing
